*EYELASH EXTENSIONS*
What are eyelash extensions?
-Eyelash extensions are a single extension made up of mink or silk hair applied to your natural eyelash using a special medical adhesive to enhance the length and fullness.

How long does the extensions last?
-Eyelash extensions can last up to 4-5 weeks with proper maintenance. They will start to shed as your natural lashes starts to grow so a fill in is recommended (but not required) every 2-3 weeks.

What causes eyelash extensions to shed?
-Naturally, your lashes shed and are replaced with a new younger lash per day. You lose 2-3 lashes per day which is completely fine and natural.
-Waterproof makeup/mascara.
-Oily skin
-Watery eyes
-Sleeping facedown on your lashes
-Picking/Pulling the extensions
-Medication/Vitamins that promotes thyroid or hair growth.

What is considered "proper maintenance" ?
-The best way to maintain your extensions is to keep them dry within the first 24-48 hours of the initial application, brush daily, stay away from mascara/oil based makeup, do not sleep face down on your lashes and do not pick or pull at the extensions.
-Once you leave your lash appointment you are expected to maintain your lash extensions. Failure to do so, may result in a fill in appointment sooner than your expected fill in date, in which you will be 100% responsible for.

-Please wear a mask to your appointment (NO MASK=NO SERVICE)
-If you are feeling ill or have recently been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule.

- All appointments must be booked online(Acuity Scheduling) with a debt/credit card.
*NO EXCEPTIONS*

-Your card will be charged AFTER your scheduled appointment.
-You also have the option of paying in CASH during your appointment.
​
-If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $10 non refundable LATE FEE.
​
-If you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $20 non refundable inconvenience fee and may be required to reschedule.
​
-If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee.
​
-If you are a no call/no show, you will be charged a $30 non refundable
inconvenience fee and will not have the luxury of booking again.
​
-If you do not book your appointment online which requires me to manually enter the appointment, a $20 surcharge will be added to your service.
​
-There are no children or additional company allowed unless they are being serviced.
